Comluk Solutions provides digital business card systems delivered as static HTML profile pages with associated QR codes, based on the package selected at purchase. All purchases are one-time transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchases & Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal. Comluk Solutions does not store or process payment information directly.
A purchase is considered complete only after payment is manually confirmed by Comluk Solutions.
After confirmation, Comluk Solutions provides the Client with a unique onboarding link used to submit the information required to create the digital business card. Delivery of services is dependent on both confirmed payment and receipt of the required information through this onboarding process.
Payment alone does not guarantee delivery. Failure to submit required information through the provided onboarding link may delay or prevent completion of the service.
Comluk Solutions is not responsible for payments made through copied, modified, or unofficial versions of this website. Clients are responsible for verifying that they are completing a purchase through the official Comluk Solutions website prior to submitting payment.
Information You Provide
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate and authorized for use. Comluk Solutions is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery & Revisions
Deliverables are created using the information provided at the time of purchase. Revisions are limited to correcting errors that result directly from submitted information unless otherwise agreed.
Use of Delivered Materials
Use of delivered materials is governed by the applicable License Agreement. Ownership of the underlying system, templates, or design logic is not transferred.
Hosting & Availability
You are responsible for hosting and maintaining your digital business card pages. Comluk Solutions is not responsible for hosting downtime, broken links, or third-party service failures.
Limitation of Liability
The website and delivered materials are provided “as is.” Comluk Solutions is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
Refusal of Service
Comluk Solutions reserves the right to refuse service in cases involving misuse, misrepresentation, or illegal activity.
