What exactly am I buying?+

You are purchasing a one-time setup of a digital business card: a single, fast-loading profile web page paired with a QR code that links directly to it.

Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?+

This is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or ongoing platform fees.

What happens after I pay?+

After payment is manually confirmed, you receive a unique onboarding link by email. You use that link to submit your information, after which your profile web page is prepared and delivered.

How long does delivery take?+

Individual packages are delivered within 3 business days. Team packages are delivered within 5 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of all required information.

Can I edit my profile later?+

Your profile is built from the information you submit during onboarding. Corrections are supported for errors related to submitted information, but there is no self-editing dashboard.

Do I need hosting?+

Yes. You choose where your digital business card is hosted. Comluk Solutions does not lock you into any hosting platform.

Can I move my profile to another host?+

Yes, but moving the HTML file changes the page URL. If the URL changes, the QR code will no longer point correctly unless you reroute the old link or update the QR code.

Does this include analytics or tracking?+

No analytics or tracking are included by default. Any analytics depend entirely on the hosting provider you choose.

What’s the difference between Individual and Team?+

The Individual plan includes one profile and one QR code. The Team plan includes up to 25 individual profiles, each with its own QR code and a unified layout.

How does the Team intake work?+

After payment confirmation, team members submit their details through the onboarding process. All profiles follow the same design structure.

Can I customize the design?+

The layout is standardized for long-term reliability. Customization is limited to your content such as text, images, and links.

What if I make a mistake in my submission?+

If a mistake is identified, you may request a correction. Revisions are limited to errors based on submitted information.

Will my QR code ever stop working?+

The QR code works as long as the profile page remains available at the same URL. Moving or renaming the file without rerouting will break the link.

Is my information private?+

Information submitted during onboarding is used only to create your profile. The profile page itself is public by design.
